Disc One brings you Empire State, a new 40-minute workout, custom designed by Kettlebell Master, Anthony Diluglio, to add new layers of muscle, fitness and endurance to your body. With longer rounds, combo exercises and a higher intensity pace you will be cursing Anthony during the workout and thanking Beth when you look in the mirror. In addition, you can use the shuffle feature to change the order or take one round and repeat it.
Disc Two contains the Manmaker Kettlebell Workout and Anthony Diluglio’s Joint Mobility Program. It’s called the Manmaker because, though you might not want to actually kick some butt, it will make you feel like you could. And, since it is comprised of five rounds of exercise performed in 1 to 3 circuits you can do fewer circuits on the days when you are pressed for time and don’t have the full 40 minutes. You’ll never have to miss a workout to catch the train again. You can also use it for a light workout day or go all the way. On your off days, let Anthony and Beth take you through a 10 minute joint mobility and dynamic stretch workout that will add length, strength and fluidity to those beautiful muscles you’ve built.
